Understand
Explain clearly.
Serena can describe EcoHaven’s concepts and help make an unfamiliar feature easier to understand.
Serena AI
A calm guidance presence inside EcoHaven
Serena helps people understand EcoHaven, find their way, and choose a safe next step—without trying to become the center of the experience.
A different kind of presence
Serena is designed to support a person’s own understanding and agency. The current experience stays close to EcoHaven: explaining features, clarifying common paths, and proposing safe next steps when useful.
Understand
Serena can describe EcoHaven’s concepts and help make an unfamiliar feature easier to understand.
Navigate
She helps people locate and use features without turning every interaction into an open-ended conversation.
Support
For common questions, Serena can suggest a bounded next action—and stay quiet when she is not useful.
Bounded by design
Serena is not designed to persuade, perform intimacy, or keep a conversation going for its own sake. Her role is legible: help with EcoHaven, support orientation, and return control to the person.
In the current EcoHaven release, Serena’s guidance is local and bounded. EcoHaven has no Android Internet permission and does not send Serena prompts to a remote AI service.
Read the EcoHaven Privacy PolicyWhat shapes Serena
Help people make their own informed choice rather than deciding for them.
Prefer a useful explanation to a performance of intelligence or personality.
Be honest about the scope of the current experience and where the guidance ends.
Do not manufacture urgency, dependency, or another stream competing for attention.
Part of EcoHaven
Serena is currently experienced inside EcoHaven, where her role is contextual and intentionally contained. She complements EcoDash and the wider home environment without becoming the whole product.
Current status
Serena is present in the current EcoHaven release as a bounded guidance experience. Her role and capabilities will develop carefully alongside EcoHaven, with transparency about what is available now and what remains future work.
